Prefab pools in Vari, Voula and Vouliagmeni
The municipality of the three Bs (Vari, Voula, Vouliagmeni) has a wide variety of plots: hillside villas overlooking the Saronic Gulf, detached houses with gardens in Vari, and homes a few metres from the sea in Vouliagmeni.
A prefab pool adapts to all three, because the depth is set by the height of the panels and no formwork is needed.
What we watch for in Vari, Voula and Vouliagmeni
- Rocky ground: in many spots the limestone lies close to the surface. 1.10 m panels reduce the excavation, and the pool can rise up to 1 m above ground level.
- Sea views: on sloping plots an overflow pool works well, bringing the water level with the paving.
- North wind: the north wind blows leaves and dust into the pool. We place the skimmer openings on the side the wind pushes the water surface towards.

Can a pool be built on a sloping plot in Voula?
Yes. A prefab pool can be partly sunk into the ground and rise up to 1 m above natural ground level, which cuts down on excavation. The solution is decided after a site survey.
