Prefab pools in Glyfada
In Glyfada, most pools have to fit into the yards of detached houses and townhouses, where every square metre counts. This is where a prefab pool has the edge: the panels go up in a tight space, with no formwork and no days of work disrupting the neighbourhood.
In Glyfada we have built a prefab pool with glass panels in 2014 and a prefab pool in 2022.
What we watch for in Glyfada
- Planting the open part of the plot: in small yards, the mandatory planting has to stay, as it is a condition of the small-scale works approval. We take it into account from the very first measurement.
- Salt air from the sea: near the coastal avenue, metal parts are exposed to salty moisture. That is why the panels are galvanized and the support buttresses hot-dip galvanized.
- Close to our base: Glyfada is right next to Kallithea, so the site survey is arranged quickly and our crew stays close by after handover too.

Questions
Will a pool fit in a townhouse yard in Glyfada?
Usually, yes. With 1.10 m panels and a skimmer, a small pool can be adapted to narrow yards. Send us the dimensions and a photo of the space and we will tell you what fits.
