Prefab pools in Spata and Artemida
Spata, close to the airport, has detached houses with large gardens, while Artemida (Loutsa) is a seaside area whose holiday homes are increasingly becoming year-round homes.

What we watch for in Spata and Artemida
- Short-term rentals: in houses rented to guests, the pool gets heavy use. A liner with internal reinforcement and non-slip SOPREMAPOOL membranes are well suited.
- Sand in Loutsa: near the beach, the wind carries sand. A shower next to the pool and a cover when it is not in use keep the filter clean.
- Plant room noise: in dense neighbourhoods we place the plant room away from bedrooms, both yours and your neighbours'.
