Prefab Pools in Spetses

Spetses has kept its character: sea captains' mansions, courtyards with pebble mosaics, pine forests and limited car traffic.

Across the water, at Kosta and Porto Heli, lies the coast of Ermionida, just a few minutes' crossing from the island.

What we watch for on Spetses

Transport from Kosta: materials arrive by road at Kosta and cross over. Because the panels are separate pieces, they are moved around the island in smaller vehicles.
Pebble mosaics: courtyards paved with black-and-white pebbles are typical of the island. If the pebble mosaic reaches the pool, a smooth strip of slabs along the edge makes walking with wet feet more comfortable.
The opposite coast: we also take on projects at Kosta, Porto Heli and throughout Argolida.

The prefab pool we build

2 mm galvanized steel panels, 1.10 or 1.50 m high, hot-dip galvanized support buttresses and a PVC liner with a 10-year written warranty. Available as a skimmer or overflow pool, and up to 50 m² with a small-scale works approval instead of a building permit. See the sizes.

Questions

How do materials reach a house on Spetses, given that car traffic is limited?

Materials cross from Kosta and are moved around the island in smaller vehicles. The panels, liner and equipment are separate pieces, so they can reach places a truck cannot.
